AeroPace provides software for scheduling and communicating exercise sessions. It does not provide medical care, make diagnoses, prescribe treatment or replace your professional judgment. You are responsible for assessment, treatment, exercise selection, appropriate supervision and referrals within your licensed scope.
You must maintain a valid registration in the country where you practice and provide accurate identity and registration information. AeroPace may check official registries, request evidence, set an expiry date, suspend access or revoke verification. Verification records a registry check; it is not certification or endorsement of your clinical work.
Access to a patient requires their explicit consent. Use only the information and sharing scopes they authorize, only for their care, and only while the relationship permits access. Do not upload clinical histories, diagnostic reports or patient information as credential evidence. Keep clinical consent and clinical records outside AeroPace. Do not enter diagnoses in free text, or copy or disclose patient information outside its authorized purpose.
Check patient feedback and use your own clinical judgment before assigning or changing sessions. AeroPace is not an emergency or continuous monitoring service. Do not promise real-time alerts. Tell patients how to contact you, when to stop a session and how to obtain urgent care through appropriate local services.
You remain responsible for applicable professional rules, informed consent and data protection obligations. Device information may be incomplete and is available only within the patient's consent and the platform's enabled features. Do not rely on an animation as proof of correct execution.
The PT workspace has no separate fee during beta. Adding coaching uses the standard coaching terms and billing. Before deleting your professional account, end all active patient relationships; historical consent and audit records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. Credential evidence is retained for 90 days after rejection or 12 months after the last patient link ends, subject to applicable legal requirements.
