Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of AeroPace, an AI-assisted coaching platform for endurance athletes. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
AeroPace combines an AI assistant with optional human-coach oversight: the AI drafts training plans and answers routine questions; when you train with a coach, plan changes require the coach's approval before they reach you. The service is currently an invite-only beta — features may change, break, or be withdrawn while we build.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and be legally able to enter into these terms (or have a parent or guardian's consent). You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.
Not medical advice
AeroPace provides training guidance, not medical advice. Endurance training carries inherent risk. Consult a physician before starting or changing a training program, stop if you experience warning signs (chest pain, dizziness, unusual fatigue), and use your own judgment — you know your body better than any model does.
AI-generated content
Plans, analyses, and chat answers are generated in part by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete, or ill-suited to your situation. Coach approval reduces this risk but does not eliminate it. AI output is provided for information; decisions about your training remain yours (and your coach's).
Device connections
Connecting a Garmin or Coros account authorizes us to access that account on your behalf to sync training and recovery data. Your use of those devices and services remains subject to their own terms. You can disconnect at any time.
Your data and content
You own your data. You grant us the license needed to operate the service — storing, processing (including AI processing via Anthropic), and displaying your data to you and your coach. See the Privacy Policy for details on collection, retention, export, and deletion.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unauthorized access, scraping, reselling, probing our or our providers' infrastructure, uploading unlawful content, or using the platform to harm others.
Fees
The beta is free. We expect to introduce paid tiers; if we do, pricing will be shown before you are charged anything, and continued use of paid features will require an active subscription.
Termination
You can stop using AeroPace and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, and may discontinue the beta with reasonable notice.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, while the service is free, to zero beyond what applicable law does not allow us to exclude). Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
